Adult Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists. Hybrid roles available across England. Full time and part time positions available after completion of a 12‑week training programme. Rotational working from home and office with no weekends, bank holidays or long shifts.

Salary and Benefits

  • PIP: £40,000 starting salary, £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months (performance dependent) + Excellent Bonus Scheme

Role Overview

  • Conduct assessments: Evaluate claimants’ health and/or work capabilities via phone and face‑to‑face assessments.
  • Review evidence: Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities.
  • Compile reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
