Location: Weymouth (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Working Setting: 50% Remote & 50% Site-Based

This is a hybrid role where you'll use your clinical expertise to carry out assessments and produce reports, without providing hands‑on care.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct telephone, video and face‑to‑face assessments
  • Review medical evidence and supporting documentation
  • Assess how a person's condition impacts their daily living and functional ability
  • Use your clinical judgement to gather relevant information
  • Produce clear, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
  • Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team whilst managing your own caseload

Requirements

  • Active NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RN, RMN or RNLD)
  • Minimum 1-year post-registration clinical experience
  • Good IT and computer literacy skills
  • Strong communication and report‑writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
