Salary:
- PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £39,500 to £45,300 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months.
- WCA Assessor (5–6 shorter assessments per day): £42,000 to 48,000 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months.
- Up to 10% quality and performance bonus.

- Full-time (WCA/PIP) Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
- Part-time (PIP Only) 0.6 FTE (3 days) 0.8 FTE (4 days) Can work any day of the week.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
- Review medical evidence and daily living impact
- Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Make objective recommendations based on evidence
This is an assessment-focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training:
- 12-week paid training covering:
- Assessment techniques
- DWP guidelines
- Report writing
- You will be fully supported before working independently.
