Functional / Disability Assessor (PIP)
Swap shift work for a 9–5 — and get paid more for using the clinical skills you already have.
Salary: £40,000–£43,000 starting salary (pathway-dependent) + guaranteed uplifts + bonuses
Location: Westwey House, Westwey Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TG— office-based during training, 50/50 hybrid after
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. No nights. No weekends. No on-call.

- Conducting face-to-face, phone, or video consultations with people living with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions
- Reviewing medical evidence and applying your clinical judgement to assess functional capacity
- Writing clear, objective, evidence-based reports
- Bringing empathy and professionalism to every interaction, with the highest standards of confidentiality
Pay That Actually Grows — Guaranteed No vague "performance-dependent" promises. Here's exactly what you'll earn:
PIP Pathway
- Starting – £40,000
- 6 months (on approval) – £41,000
- 12 months – £42,000
Plus:
- 5% one-off bonus on approval
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly
- Overtime at 1.5x pay once approved
- Optional upskilling for further salary boosts—Auditing (PIP & WCA,+£500)

Who We're Looking For
- Active NMC, HCPC, or GPhC registration — Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification clinical experience (adult experience, as you'll assess ages 16–65)
- Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills, plus confident report writing and IT use
- Full Right to Work in the UK required (sponsorship not available)
