What’s on Offer

  • Salary: PIP: £39,500-£41,500 (increasing by £1,000 at 6 and 12 months) | WCA: £42,000-£43,000 (increasing by £1,000 at 12 months)
  • Performance bonus: Up to 10%
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5 only – no weekends, nights or bank holidays
  • Hybrid working: Office and home-based balance

Your Role

  • Conduct structured health and disability assessments via telephone and face-to-face appointments.
  • Review medical evidence and prepare detailed clinical reports for the DWP.
  • Apply your clinical reasoning to assess the impact of health conditions on daily living.
  • Work within a supportive environment that values quality over speed.

Full Training Provided

12 weeks of paid, structured training covering DWP guidance, assessment techniques, and professional report writing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience in an adult setting.
  • NMC / HCPC registration (or equivalent).
  • Confident communicator and accurate report writer.
  • IT-literate and comfortable managing your own caseload.
