Location: Watford

Salary: £47,000–£50,000 (+£1k at 6/12 months - Performance based)

Full Time - Mon-Fri, 9-5 - Hybrid

Part time - 3/4 days - Hybrid

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse, OT, Paramedics, Pharmacist or Physio (1+ year post-registration, adult setting)
  • NMC/HCPC registered
  • Strong clinical communication, report-writing, IT skills
  • Able to work independently with complex cases
  • Sponsorship not available

The Role:

  • Assess claimants via phone and face-to-face, doing either PIP or WCA assessments for people claiming benefits.
  • Conduct detailed disability assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments, focusing on how health conditions affect daily living and mobility or functional ability and ability to work.
  • Review medical evidence and write detailed DWP reports.
  • Quality-focused clinical assessments.
  • 12 weeks paid training provided.
