Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured assessments – telephone and face‑to‑face.
- Review medical evidence and daily living impact.
- Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.
- Make objective recommendations based on evidence.
- Work exclusively in an assessment‑focused capacity – no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training
12‑week paid training covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, report writing; full support before working independently.
Salary & Benefits
- PIP Assessor– £40,000 + 5 % bonus on training pass; up to 10 % performance bonus per year.
- WCA Assessor– £42,000 + 5 % bonus on training pass; up to 10 % performance bonus per year.

Working Hours
