Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists

Location: Swindon. Hybrid remote roles available across the south of England.

Salary:

  • PIP Disability Assessor: £39,500 - £41,500 + excellent bonus scheme.
  • WCA Disability Assessor: £42,000 - £43,000 + excellent bonus scheme.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Part‑time hours available after full‑time training for PIP role only.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £39,500 starting salary for PIP with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months and £42,000 starting salary for WCA with a £1,000 increase after 12 months.
  • Generous bonuses: 5% when approved after training and up to 10% annually for quality and performance.

  • Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face‑to‑face assessments.
  • Review Evidence: Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
  • Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Training Program:

  • Assessment Techniques: Best practices for accurate evaluations.
  • DWP Guidelines: Requirements and guidelines of the Department for Work and Pensions.
  • Report Writing: Skills for detailed and objective reporting.
