An exceptionally rare opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator / Assistant to support a team with the day-to-day coordination of their properties and projects. This is a fully office-based position supporting a fast-paced, detail-driven private office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of multiple projects across the business.
The Role
- Coordinating the day-to-day management of multiple international properties
- Liaising with and overseeing household staff, contractors, and external service providers
- Assisting with property renovations, maintenance projects, and supplier management
- Supporting the logistics and booking of travel, and global trips
- Managing and coordinating complex calendars, schedules, and movements
- Acting as a key point of contact between properties, staff, and the private office
- Ensuring projects and tasks are tracked, followed up, and completed to a high standard
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Supporting with ad hoc personal and lifestyle-related projects as required
About You

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Estate/Property Administrator
