Salary: £40000 – £42000 starting base + up to £2000 in guaranteed Year 1 uplifts + bonuses
Location: Location Placeholder (Site-Based / Face-to-Face with 50/50 Hybrid options post-training)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (No weekends, shift work, or night shifts!)
About the Role

In this role, you won’t be providing hands-on treatment; instead, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive medical assessments. You will evaluate how long-term health conditions or disabilities impact a person's daily life and mobility, translating your findings into clear, objective reports that help determine their eligibility for support and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations with individuals living with a variety of physical and mental health conditions.
- Analyse medical evidence and use your clinical judgment to assess functional capacity.
- Write comprehensive, objective, and evidence-based reports to a high professional standard.
- Maintain empathy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout every assessment.
We offer a structured progression path with clear, guaranteed salary increases:
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Pathway
- Starting Base Salary: £40000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £43000(includes £1000 6-month uplift + £2000 Face-to-Face Assessor uplift)
- At 12 Months: £44000(additional £1000 12-month uplift)
- Starting Base Salary: £42000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £44000(includes £2000 Face-to-Face Assessor uplift)
- At 12 Months: £45000(additional £1000 12-month uplift)
- One-Off Approval Bonus: 5% paid upon successful approval.
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% bonus scheme paid quarterly (2.5% per quarter) based on performance.
- Overtime Opportunities: Paid at Time and a Half (1.5x) once approved.
- Voluntary Upskilling & Salary Boosts: Once approved and meeting performance targets, you can voluntarily train for further salary increases:
- File Handling (WCA only): +£500 salary uplift upon approval.
- Auditing (PIP & WCA): +£500 salary uplift upon approval.
- Paid Training: 12 weeks of full paid training included.

- Professional Registration: Active registration with the relevant body (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC) as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist. Adult clinical experience required as you will be working with individuals aged 16–65.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-qualification clinical experience.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and listening skills, strong analytical abilities, proficient IT skills, and high report-writing capability.
- Right to Work: Candidates must have full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
