Full Time – Hybrid – Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
The Role:
- Conduct PIP (Personal Independence Payment) assessments via telephone and face-to-face appointments.
- Assess how an individual's health conditions or disabilities impact their daily living and mobility.
- Use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking and professional judgement to assess each claimant fairly and objectively.
- Review medical evidence and information gathered during assessments.
- Produce clear, accurate and detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Use your clinical expertise in a role focused on quality and accuracy rather than speed.
- No treatment or diagnosis is required, allowing you to use your existing clinical skills in a different environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Adult Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience
- Current NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Confident using IT and reviewing clinical information
- Able to apply clinical knowledge and professional judgement objectively
- Previous Disability Assessor experience is not essential – full training and support will be provided.
