Hours: Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm | No Shifts
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 + Bonuses (pro rata for part-time)
(Up to £4,000 salary increase in the first year based on performance)

The Role
As a Functional Assessor, you will:
- Conduct structured assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face
- Evaluate physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
- Review medical evidence and functional impact
- Produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports to support benefit decisions
A non-treatment, adult-focused role centred on clinical reasoning, analytical thinking, and report writing.
Fully Paid Training
- 6–12 weeks depending on experience

Who We’re Looking For
Professionally registered UK clinicians (adult-focused):
- Registered Adult Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
- At least 1 year recent UK clinical experience
- Active NMC / HCPC / GPhC registration
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Confident IT and typing ability
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
