Social Media Manager – Head Office, Cardiff We\’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Social media Manager to join a Marketing leading business in Cardiff. In this key role, you\’ll take ownership of our organic social media strategy, driving growth across platforms while increasing brand awareness, engagement, and community development. We\’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social—bringing deep expertise in content marketing, organic social media, and influencer collaboration, along with a strong track record of growing social platforms and engagement.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a compelling organic social media strategy to increase brand visibility, grow follower count, and drive engagement and traffic. Build a content strategy with a balanced short- and long-term calendar that aligns with key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments. Manage the day-to-day operations of the company\’s social channels, including planning, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing of content. Create engaging, platform-appropriate content that resonates with target audiences and leverages current social media trends. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead and identify new opportunities. Stay up-to-date with emerging platform features and best practices. Collaborate with agencies to support content development and social-first campaign execution. Develop and manage social campaigns and competitions with external partners to attract new followers and engage existing audiences. Track performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders. Set clear KPIs for social activity and demonstrate ROI through consistent measurement and evaluation. Conduct regular audits across all platforms to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Respond to customer interactions and community feedback across social platforms. Work cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Creative, and PR teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Build and implement a robust Influencer Marketing strategy aligned with brand priorities and commercial goals. About You – Skills & Experience You\’re a creative, strategic social media professional with a marketing-related degree and experience in a fast-paced consumer environment. Skilled in content creation, campaign planning, and team management, you have a strong grasp of analytics, copywriting, and visual storytelling. Confident with social tools and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross-functional teams. Desirable: Experience in a retail and/or hospitality environment is highly advantageous
