Looking for Adult Registered Clinicians - Adult Nurses, Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist
Location: Salisbury – Hybrid (site based and homeworking)
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
In addition to your salary, you'll receive:
- £2,000 bonus upon successful completion of probation
- 5% one-off bonus following successful completion of training
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

This role is suited to experienced adult healthcare professionals who want to apply their clinical judgement in a structured, assessment-based environment, reviewing how health conditions impact a person’s ability to function in daily life. You will conduct functional assessments and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports aligned with DWP guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct structured WCA functional assessments (video, telephone, face-to-face)
- Take detailed clinical histories across physical, mental health and cognitive conditions
- Assess functional impact in relation to work capability and day-to-day functioning
- Review medical evidence (GP letters, consultant reports, diagnostics)
- Apply clinical reasoning to assessment frameworks (WCA)
- Produce clear, structured, evidence-based reports
- Manage a structured caseload with strong attention to detail
No treatment. No prescribing. No manual handling.
This is a specialist clinical assessment role.
Salary & Package:
- Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
- £2,000bonus upon successful completion of probation

Eligibility – Essential Criteria:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a live UK professional registration with the NMC, HCPC or GPhC
- Have a minimum of 12 months post-registration clinical experience in the UK
- Have recent, hands-on experience within an adult-focused clinical setting
- Be able to demonstrate strong clinical assessment, history-taking and decision-making skills
- Have experience working within a structured clinical environment, managing caseloads and maintaining accurate documentation
- Be confident interpreting medical evidence and clinical information to support evidence-based outcomes
Important Note:
- Unfortunately, visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this position.
- Experience must be within a fully licensed adult clinical role (e.g. NHS / Community, Primary/Secondary or private healthcare setting)
- Roles with limited clinical assessment exposure or predominantly non-clinical duties may not be suitable for this position
- Candidates must hold and maintain a clean, active professional registration
