Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people aged 8 18
• Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model
• Support children s emotional, social, and behavioural development
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and care plans
• Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people (or equivalent) essential
• Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a children s residential setting essential
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and emotional regulation
• Reliable, empathetic, and a team player
