A Clinical Role for Experienced UK-Registered Professionals
This position is designed for experienced adult clinicians seeking to move away from hands‑on care, while continuing to utilise clinical reasoning, assessment expertise, and professional judgement within a structured environment. You will undertake functional assessments with adult individuals, evaluating how physical, mental health, neurological, and cognitive conditions impact activities of daily living and functional capacity.
Using recognised clinical frameworks, you will:
- Analyse medical evidence and clinical history
- Consider variability, reliability, and risk
- Apply evidence‑based clinical judgement
- Produce structured, defensible clinical reports
This is a non‑therapeutic, decision‑support role. There is no treatment, prescribing, or manual handling involved.
The Role – Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct structured assessments (telephone, video, face‑to‑face)
- Evaluate functional impact of chronic, complex, and fluctuating conditions
- Review and interpret medical evidence, clinical records, and reported history
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess consistency, credibility, and risk
- Produce high‑quality, evidence‑based reports in line with clinical governance standards
- Work within a multi‑disciplinary clinical environment
- Utilise digital systems to support accurate, auditable decision‑making
Salary & Package
- £40,850 – £44,750 per annum
- £2,150 approval bonus (post‑training)
- Up to 10% performance‑related bonus
- Structured salary progression at 6 and 12 months
Training & Clinical Support
- 6–12 weeks full‑time, paid training
- Structured onboarding with clinical mentors and audit support
- Ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and CPD
Important: Full‑time training required before any flexible working arrangements. No annual leave permitted during the first 6 weeks.

Essential Criteria (Strict)
- Active UK registration: NMC and HCPC of the below occupations ADULT – RGN, RMN, RNLD, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 12 months post‑registration experience
- Minimum 12 months UK‑based adult clinical experience
- Background in adult‑facing clinical settings (e.g. acute, community, rehabilitation, mental health)
- Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills
- Experience producing structured clinical documentation
- Confident IT skills and ability to work within digital systems
