We are recruiting Adult Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to join a respected UK Health & Social Care provider as Adult Clinical Evaluators in the Redruth area. This non-treatment, highly structured clinical role allows you to use your healthcare expertise in a meaningful way—supported by excellent training, clear guidelines and a strong focus on work–life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct adult-only functional assessments via telephone, video, and face-to-face (approximately 50% home-based)
- Review clinical evidence and produce clear, structured, evidence-based reports
- Assess a wide range of physical, cognitive and mental health conditions
- Provide impartial clinical reports used to support DWP disability benefit decisions
- Work independently with full access to clinical support whenever required
- Gain full diary control and enhanced flexibility after six months
This is not a diagnostic or treatment role; it is a structured clinical position focused on assessment, clinical reasoning, and high-quality reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- You must be a qualified healthcare professional with at least 12 months’ post-registration experience in adult settings, registered as one of the following:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Paramedic
- You will also need:
- Valid and unrestricted NMC or HCPC registration
- Excellent clinical reasoning and strong report-writing skills
- Confident IT abilities and the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel to Redruth for face-to-face assessments
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship cannot be provided)
Salary & Benefits
- £42,000 base salary
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
