Overview: Functional / Disability Assessor role based in Office/Clinic with a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement after training. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends, night shifts, or bank holidays. Salary: £47,000–£49,000 (plus performance bonuses). Key Responsibilities

  • Consultations: Conduct thorough face-to-face, telephone, or video assessments with individuals living with physical and mental health conditions.
  • Clinical Analysis: Evaluate medical evidence and use your professional judgment to assess functional capacity.
  • Report Writing: Produce clear, objective, and evidence-based reports to a high professional standard.
  • Compassionate Care: Maintain empathy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout every interaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Professional Registration: Current registration with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC.
  • Eligible roles: Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-qualification clinical experience (must include adult healthcare experience, as you will be assessing ages 16–65).
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, solid IT/report-writing skills, and exceptional communication skills to put anxious individuals at ease.
  • Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
