We are recruiting Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists to join a leading healthcare provider delivering functional health assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). No previous assessment experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Salary & Benefits
- PIP Assessment Service £47,000 - £49,000 salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 6 months (subject to performance)
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
- WCA Assessment Service £50,000 - £51,000 salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
- 5% quality bonus following successful completion of training
- Quarterly bonus scheme after 12 months (up to 2.5% per quarter)

The Role
- Conduct structured health assessments with individuals applying for DWP benefits
- Review medical evidence and supporting information
- Explore how physical and mental health conditions affect daily activities and mobility
- Use your clinical judgement to produce accurate, evidence-based reports
- Communicate effectively with individuals from a range of backgrounds
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
What we're looking for
- Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
- Adult clinical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence producing detailed written reports
- Good IT skills
