Are you an experienced HCPC Registered Psychologist looking for an opportunity to influence practice at both strategic and clinical levels? We are seeking a Principal Psychologist to join the Senior Management Team of a specialist Therapeutic Community service. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for psychological governance, quality assurance, research and clinical excellence across multiple Therapeutic Communities. Alongside strategic oversight, you will clinically lead two Assessment Therapeutic Communities, supporting individuals with complex and high-risk needs while driving trauma-informed, evidence-based practice.
