Adult Functional Assessor (PIP / WCA) for Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, Pharmacist

£40,000 - £42,000 (+ bonus - performance based) & benefits

Poole – Hybrid (home & office)
Hours
- Fixed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends or bank holidays
- Part‑time options available (3‑4 days)

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll help people understand the impact of their health conditions, with structured hours and hybrid working.

The role
- Conduct 3 PIP or 5–6 WCA assessments daily (face‑to‑face/phone)
- Review medical evidence & daily living activities
- Produce clear, evidence-based DWP reports
Full Paid 12‑week training provided – no assessor experience needed.
Who we’re looking for
- NMC or HCPC or GPHC‑registered professional with 1+ year’s adult‑focused post‑registration experience
- Nurses, OTs, Physios, Paramedics, Pharmacists welcome (adult‑focused)
- Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills essential
