As a Functional Assessor, you won't be delivering hands-on care. Instead, you'll conduct consultations (face-to-face, video, or phone) to understand how long-term health conditions or disabilities affect people's day-to-day lives. What You’ll Need to Apply

- Clinical Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience with adult patients (ages 16–65).
- Key Skills: Good IT skills, strong report writing, and a compassionate, listening ear.
