Your Salary & Guaranteed Progression

- Starting Base Salary: £50000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £52000 (Includes £2000 Face-to-Face Assessor uplift)
- At 12 Months: £53000 (Additional £1000 12-month uplift)

- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% extra per year (paid out at 2.5% every quarter based on performance).

What You’ll Need to Apply
- Professional Registration: Active registration with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist.
- Clinical Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience with adult patients (ages 16–65).
- Key Skills: Good IT skills, strong report writing, and a compassionate, listening ear.
- Right to Work: Full UK Right to Work required (sponsorship is not available).
