Functional Assessor – PIP / WCA

Location: Oxford

Salary: £45,300 – £49,000

Salary increases of £1,000 at both 6 and 12 months

The Role

  • Conduct functional assessments via phone and face‑to‑face consultations
  • Review medical evidence and produce detailed, high‑quality DWP reports
  • Work in a quality‑focused environment – no sales targets or pressure
  • Make fair, evidence‑based recommendations that truly support claimants

Requirements

  • Registered RN, OT, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
  • Minimum 1 year post‑registration experience (adult setting)
  • Active NMC or HCPC registration
  • Strong communication and report‑writing skills
  • No sponsorship available
