Adult Registered Nurses – Leave Shift Work Behind and Reclaim Your Weekends
Role: Disability Assessor
Eligible Occupations: Adult Registered: RGN, RMN, RN, RNLD, Occupational Therapist (OT), Physiotherapist (Physio).
Location: Oxford (Hybrid – mix of homeworking and local office assessments)
Salary: £50,000 - £51,000 + 5% Training Completion Bonus + Quality & Performance Bonuses £2,000 one-off bonus upon completion of training.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (No weekends, no nights, no bank holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Reviewing medical evidence and clinical documentation
- Producing detailed, objective reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Assessing how health conditions impact an individual’s daily living and mobility
