- Write comprehensive, objective, evidence-based reports to a high professional standard
- Maintain empathy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout every assessment
Salary & Guaranteed Pay Progression
PIP Pathway:
- Starting base salary: £40,000
- At 6 months (on approval): £43,000 - £1,000 six-month uplift + £2,000 face-to-face assessor uplift
- At 12 months: £44,000 - additional £1,000 twelve-month uplift
That's up to £4,000 in guaranteed uplifts within your first year, on top of your starting salary.
Bonuses, Earnings & Skill Progression
- One-off approval bonus: - 5%, paid on successful approval
- Annual performance bonus: - up to 10%, paid quarterly (2.5% per quarter), subject to performance
- Overtime: - paid at time and a half (1.5x) once approved
Voluntary upskilling: once approved and meeting performance targets, train for further salary increases
- Auditing (PIP & WCA): +£500 on approval
Key Benefits & Work-Life Balance
- Paid training: - 12 weeks, fully paid
- Hybrid working: - 50/50 model available after training
- Holiday: - 25 days + bank holidays, with the option to buy more
- Pension: - 6% employer contribution
- Wellbeing & perks: - ShareSave scheme, a paid volunteering day, health helplines and apps, lifestyle discounts
What We're Looking For
- Professional registration: - active registration with NMC, HCPC, or GPhC as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist. Adult clinical experience required - you'll be working with individuals aged 16–65
- Clinical experience: - minimum 1 year post-qualification
- Skills: - excellent communication and listening skills, strong analytical ability, confident IT skills, high report-writing capability
