This is an exciting opportunity to join a Premium Contemporary on trend fashion & jewellery brand seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their fabulous store. As manager, you will inspire and lead your team to deliver a great experience in store for all customers and achieve sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years store leadership experience, within jewellery, fashion, beauty or luxury retail. This can be in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, ready for the next step in their career journey.
- A team player who enjoys team coaching and delivering growth within the team.
- A proactive individual who takes ownership of challenges and delivers solutions.
- A results-driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs and building actionable plans to deliver results.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for delivering a great experience for all customers, leading your team by example.
