This is an exciting opportunity to join a Premium Contemporary on trend fashion & jewellery brand seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their fabulous store. As manager, you will inspire and lead your team to deliver a great experience in store for all customers and achieve sales targets.

As Assistant Manager, you set the standard—making strategic decisions, big and small, that drive success. With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you’ll create a luxury retail experience where every detail counts, and every customer interaction is pure gold. What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years store leadership experience, within jewellery, fashion, beauty or luxury retail. This can be in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, ready for the next step in their career journey.
  • A team player who enjoys team coaching and delivering growth within the team.
  • A proactive individual who takes ownership of challenges and delivers solutions.
  • A results-driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs and building actionable plans to deliver results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for delivering a great experience for all customers, leading your team by example.
