Full time & Part time Disability Assessor - Luton

Salary:

  • PIP Functional Assessor (3 assessments per day) - £40,850 starting salary + £1,000 increase at 6 and 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.
  • WCA Functional Assessor (5/6 shorter assessments per day) - £43,750 starting salary + £1,000 increase at 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.

The Role:

  • Conduct functional assessments via phone and face-to-face consultations
  • Review medical evidence and produce detailed, high-quality DWP reports
  • Work in a quality-focused environment—no sales targets or pressure
  • Make fair, evidence-based recommendations that truly support claimants

Requirements:

  • Registered RN, OT, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (adult setting)
  • Active NMC or HCPC registration
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • No sponsorship available
