Are you a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional looking to step away from long shifts, unpredictable workloads, and high-pressure clinical environments — while still using your clinical expertise every day?
This hybrid assessment role offers structure, professional development, and genuine work–life balance. You’ll use your clinical judgement, assessment skills, and communication experience to support individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Evaluate how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
- Produce detailed, evidence-based clinical reports
- Work within a hybrid model – home-based and assessment centre
Essential Criteria
- NMC or HCPC Registered Healthcare Professional
- Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills and typing ability
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Experience supporting individuals with a range of complex health conditions
