We are working with leading fashion brands in the UK and are looking to speak with commercially driven and inspiring Area Managers to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail stores across the following areas: East Midlands, Home Counties, and South of England. FASHION BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED

The Role

  • As Area Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial and operational performance across your region.
  • You will lead and develop Store Managers, drive sales growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of brand standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
  • Drive commercial performance through KPI management, analysis, and strategic action planning.
  • Ensure brand standards are executed to a high level, including visual merchandising, styling, and store presentation.
  • Champion a strong customer-first culture aligned with the brand's identity and values.
  • Identify and develop talent, supporting succession planning and team engagement across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Head Office to ensure alignment on strategy, product launches, and operational priorities.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a multi-site Area Manager role, ideally within menswear, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercially focused with a track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence.
  • A genuine passion for contemporary mens fashion with an understanding of current trends and styling.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
