You’llbetakingonaseniorrolewithintheconveyancingdepartment,managingateamofaround10people,whilestillhavingthefreedomandautonomytomanageyourownwork.

Whatwillyoubedoing?
Alongsidemanagingandsupportingtheconveyancingteam,you’lltakeresponsibilityforavariedcaseloadfrominstructionthroughtocompletionandpost-completion.
Yourrolewillinclude:
- Managingresidentialconveyancingmattersincluding purchases,sales,remortgagesandequityrelease
- Managingmattersfrominitialinstructionthroughtocompletionandpost-completion
- Identifyingrelevantsearches,carryingouttitlechecksandenquiriesandreportingonthese
- Checkingpurchaseandsalecontractpacks,mortgagereportsandcompletionstatements
- Preparingfreeholdandleaseholdcontracts
- Maintaininganddevelopingrelationshipswithclients,estateagents,lenders,solicitorsandothersourcesofwork
- Helpingtogrowtheconveyancingdepartmentthrough recommendations,repeatbusinessandnewsourcesofwork
- Maintainingexcellentstandardsofclientcare
- EnsuringcompliancewithCQSprotocols,lenderrequirements,SRAprinciplesandMoneyLaunderingRegulations
- Supportingthefirm’swidercomplianceresponsibilities
- Leading,supportinganddevelopingthewiderconveyancingteam
