Your Role

  • Assess claimants’ health & daily living via phone and face‑to‑face appointments for personal independent payment or work capability.
  • Review medical evidence & compile detailed reports for the DWP.
  • Apply your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.
  • Receive full training: 12 weeks of paid, structured training covering assessment skills, DWP guidelines, and report writing.

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Pharmacist.
  • Minimum 1‑year post‑registration experience in an adult setting.
  • NMC/HCPC registered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
  • Experience working with complex health conditions.
  • Note: sponsorship not available.
