We are working with leading fashion brands in the UK and are looking to speak with commercially driven and inspiring Area Managers to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail stores across the following areas: East Midlands, Home Counties, and South of England. FASHION BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED.
The Role
As Area Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial and operational performance across your region. You will lead and develop Store Managers, drive sales growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of brand standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Drive commercial performance through KPI management, analysis, and strategic action planning.
- Ensure brand standards are executed to a high level, including visual merchandising, styling, and store presentation.
- Champion a strong customer-first culture aligned with the brand's identity and values.
- Identify and develop talent, supporting succession planning and team engagement across the region.
- Collaborate closely with Head Office to ensure alignment on strategy, product launches, and operational priorities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a multi-site Area Manager role, ideally within menswear, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence.
