Full‑Time (PIP and WCA) and Part‑Time (WCA Only)
Competitive Salary + Bonus
- PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £45,000 + 5% bonus when training is passed, up to 10% performance bonus per year.
- WCA Assessor (5–6 shorter assessments per day): £48,000 + 5% bonus when training is passed, up to 10% performance bonus per year.
Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA depending on local availability.
Hours:
- Full‑time (WCA/PIP): Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
- Part‑time (WCA Only): 0.6 FTE (3 days) or 0.8 FTE (4 days); PT must work Friday and can choose remaining days.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face‑to‑face)
- Review medical evidence and daily living impact
- Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Make objective recommendations based on evidence
- This is an assessment‑focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training:
12‑week paid training covering:
- Assessment techniques
- DWP guidelines
- Report writing
- You will be fully supported before working independently.

- Registered Adult Nurses (NMC)
- Occupational Therapists (HCPC)
- Physiotherapists (HCPC)
- Paramedics (HCPC) – PIP Only
- Pharmacists (GPhC) – PIP Only
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1‑year post‑registration experience in an adult setting
- At least 1‑year active registration
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Confident IT and typing skills
- Sponsorship is not available.
