A fast-growing premium brand is hiring a Head of Stores / Retail Lead to take full ownership of performance across its UK store portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership hire at a high-growth stage—ideal for someone who wants to shape retail strategy, raise standards, and deliver standout commercial results.
The Role
- Leading sales performance and delivering stretching growth targets across the store estate
- Raising store standards to ensure every location reflects a premium customer journey
- Developing high-performing teams, coaching Store Managers into confident, capable leaders
- Translating commercial plans into clear priorities and execution at store level
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to protect brand presentation and unlock revenue opportunities
- Identifying improvements in ways of working, operational efficiency, and scalability to support future expansion
About You
This role will suit a senior multi-site retail leader (Head of Retail / Retail Director level) who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building strong teams. You’ll bring:
- Strong background in premium, sales-driven retail (fashion, accessories or beauty)
- Proven multi-site leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering results
- Commercial expertise including KPI ownership, budgeting and full P&L accountability
