Registered Manager - Children's Residential

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take genuine ownership of a children's residential home and make a lasting difference?
We are looking for a confident, resilient and hands-on Registered Manager to lead a small 2-bed children's home in the Guildford area, supporting young people with complex needs.
The opportunity

- Provide strong leadership, safeguarding and regulatory oversight
- Build a positive, consistent culture within the staff team
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Responsible Individual
- Help drive the home's continued improvement and long-term stability
- 1 day working from home in practice
We're looking for
- Level 5 qualification (essential)
- Previous Registered Manager experience strongly preferredStrong children's residential care experience
- Knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing complex needs and challenging situations
- Strong leadership, compliance, auditing and staff management skills
- A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people
An experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up may also be considered where there is strong evidence of readiness for the role.
