Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Registered Paramedics for PIP Disability Assessor roles with Serco. This is an opportunity to take your clinical career in a new direction while continuing to make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
What Will You Be Doing? As a PIP Disability Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge, assessment skills and professional judgement to assess how an individual's physical, mental and cognitive health conditions affect their daily living and mobility.
- Conducting structured assessments by telephone, video or face-to-face.
- Reviewing medical evidence and gathering relevant clinical information.
- Applying clinical reasoning to assess the functional impact of health conditions.
- Producing clear, accurate and evidence-based reports.
- Providing objective assessments to support the DWP's decision-making process.

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for Registered Paramedics who:
- Hold full, active HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Have at least 12 months of post-registration clinical experience.
- Have strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills.
- Can confidently apply clinical reasoning and professional judgement.
- Are comfortable working independently and managing a structured caseload.
Previous Functional Assessor experience is not required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
