About You
- 3+ years’ leadership experience in a customer focused sales driven store as Manager or Assistant Manager (jewellery, fashion, beauty).
- A polished, service-led leader with strong coaching ability.
- Commercially astute with proven KPI delivery and action planning.
- Flexible to work weekends/late trading as required.
Package
£34,000 + bonus + personal commission (OTE £40,000) + excellent discounts/benefits + progression.
