We are hiring Functional Assessors across South West and South-Central England for Hybrid roles (home and office based).
Salary: £40,000-£42,000 (Up to £4,000 salary increase in the first year based on performance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. No evenings, weekends, bank holidays, or on-call shifts.

What You’ll Do:
- Review all media and supporting evidence of the claimant
- Conduct structured assessments based on this evidence either face-to-face, telephone or video
- Explore their typical day and real-world impact
- Assess reliability
- Explore variability (good/bad days, flare-ups, fatigue patterns)
- Record findings clearly and neutrally
- Produce high-quality, justified reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Follow DWP safeguarding and professional standards
Qualifications (Required):
- Minimum 1-year post registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Full right to work in UK (sponsorship is NOT available)
- Strong clinical knowledge of long-term conditions and functional assessment
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Confident with IT and typing
