As an Adult Health Assessment Specialist, you'll use your clinical knowledge to assess how health conditions affect daily living and work capability. What You'll Do:
- Conduct PIP and WCA assessments, either face-to-face or by telephone
- Review medical evidence and functional information
- Produce detailed, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Engage professionally and empathetically with claimants
You'll complete a fully paid 12-week comprehensive training programme, ensuring you feel confident and supported before working independently. No prior assessor experience required.
Who We're Looking For:
- Current NMC or HCPC registration
- Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience in an adult-focused setting
- Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
- Confidence managing your own caseload and working autonomously
