Salary & Progression
- £40,000 – £42,000 starting salary with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct PIP and WCA assessments, either face‑to‑face or by telephone
- Review medical evidence and functional information
- Produce detailed, evidence‑based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Engage professionally and empathetically with claimants
You’ll complete a fully paid 12‑week comprehensive training programme, ensuring you feel confident and supported before working independently. No prior assessor experience required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current NMC or HCPC registration
- Minimum 1 year’s post‑registration experience in an adult‑focused setting
- Strong communication, assessment, and report‑writing skills
- Confidence managing your own caseload and working autonomously
