Adult Disability Assessor (PIP/WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Pharmacists are needed for hybrid roles nationwide. Hybrid remote functional assessors work from home and in office with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts. Full-time positions are available after a full-time training period.

Salary and Benefits

  • PIP Functional Assessor: £39,500 starting salary + £1,000 increases at 6 and 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.
  • WCA Functional Assessor: £42,000 starting salary + £1,000 increase at 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.

Role Overview

  • Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face-to-face assessments.
  • Review Evidence: Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
  • Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

  • Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
  • Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.

Training Program

Successful candidates will complete a 12-week comprehensive training program covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
