- Role: Functional Assessor (PIP / WCA) Suitable for:
- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Occupational Therapists
- Paramedics
- Physiotherapists
- Pharmacists
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Hybrid (home & office)
Contract: Full-time
Salary & Benefits:
- £37,500 – £42,000 starting salary (role-dependent)
- £1,000 pay rises at 6 and 12 months
- Up to 10% bonus based on quality & performance

What You’ll Do:
- Assess claimants’ health conditions via telephone or face-to-face
- Review medical evidence & daily living information
- Complete clear, detailed reports for the DWP
- Conduct 3 PIP assessments or 5–6 WCA assessments per day (depending on pathway)
Training Provided: All successful applicants receive a 12-week fully paid training programme, including:
- Assessment & interview techniques
- DWP policy & clinical guidelines
- Expert report-writing training
- Ongoing mentorship & clinical support
No prior assessor experience needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1 year post-registration experience in adult practice
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- Confident communicators & strong report writers
- Comfortable using IT and clinical systems
