Following a 2-day induction at Head Office you will start a 5-week comprehensive home-based training program, followed by an engaging hybrid working model that provides exceptional support along your journey.

Your main duties!
Speaking with people claiming the PIP and/or WCA benefit over the phone or face to face, as part of a consultation session. These cases will all be organised for you, leaving you free from any appointment admin.
Working with a variety of different people presenting with a range of complex conditions including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments.
Conducting a thorough functional medical assessment of their disability or condition.
Write and submit reports using a specialized IT system
Who We Need:
We are specifically seeking:
Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused)
Paramedics (Adult-focused)
Physiotherapists (Adult-focused)
Pharmacists (NHS or GP Practice experience)

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting
Registration: Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills are essential
