Functional Assessor
Location: Frimley
Salary: £40,000–£42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)

Full Time Only – Hybrid
Monday - Friday, 9-5
Become a Functional Assessor, supporting individuals applying for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or PIP on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Your Role:
- Assessing claimants functional ability/work related activates and daily activities via phone and face-to-face appointments.
- Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
- Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed
Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse, OT, Paramedic, Physio
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
- Experience working with complex health conditions
