Hybrid role – home and office based
Competitive salary plus bonus:
- PIP Assessor: £39,500 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months.
- WCA Assessor: £42,000 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months.
- Up to 10% quality and performance bonus.
Hours:
- Full-time (WCA/PIP): Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
- Part-time (PIP Only): 0.6 FTE (3 days), 0.8 FTE (4 days) Can work any day of the week.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
- Review medical evidence and daily living impact
- Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Make objective recommendations based on evidence
This is an assessment-focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training:
12-week paid training covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, report writing, and support until you work independently.

Qualifications:
