About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson with a focus on Court of Protection work to join a highly respected Costs Firm. Our client prides itself on excellent client care, professional development, and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft bills of costs using CostsMaster in both traditional and electronic (Precedent S) formats.
- Prepare Costs Budgets in Precedent H format according to departmental requirements.
- Manage your own caseload, including complex matters.
- Provide high-quality client care and contribute to business development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in costs work, in‑house or external.
- Proven experience in bill drafting, budgeting, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of CostsMaster software.
- Ambition to grow and develop professionally.
