Are you a registered healthcare professional looking to apply your clinical expertise in a structured, assessment-based role - with no shift work, treatment plans, or caseload management?
We’re recruiting NMC and HCPC-registered clinicians for a rewarding opportunity as a Disability Assessor, supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) with Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessments (WCA).
The Role:
- Conduct face-to-face functional assessments
- Review medical evidence and clinical history
- Evaluate how physical/mental health conditions affect daily living
- Produce detailed, evidence-based clinical reports remotely
- No diagnosis, prescribing, or direct treatment involved
Suitable for:
Must hold valid UK registration (NMC or HCPC) as:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Occupational Therapist
- Physiotherapist
- Paramedic (adult-focused)
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months post-registration clinical experience
- Confident in documentation and clinical reasoning
- Comfortable working independently
- Applicants without valid UK registration cannot be considered
- No sponsorship available
