Use your clinical expertise in a new way — swap shift patterns for a structured 9-5, hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 from home) with genuine career progression and a supportive training pathway. This role is open to registered healthcare professionals only (Active NMC or HCPC registration required).
Pay & Progression
- Starting salary: £39,500
- 12-month review: +£1,000 (based on quality, attendance and performance)
- Training approval bonus: +£1,000 within your first 6 months
- Annual performance bonus: up to 15%, assessed quarterly

What You'll Need

- Confidence with scenario-based clinical assessment, typed and screen-shared
- Typing speed of 35wpm+
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS and compliance checks (6-week lead time before start)
- Availability to complete the full training pathway, including the Leeds induction
