We are recruiting hybrid remote Clinical Assessors to work from home and in the office, with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts. Positions are available for Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists.
Salary:
- PIP: £45,000 starting salary with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months (performance dependent) + excellent bonus scheme.
- WCA: £48,000 starting salary with £1,000 increase at 12 months (performance dependent) + excellent bonus scheme.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Full‑time training period is required before the role commences.

Role Overview: Conduct phone and face‑to‑face assessments of claimants to evaluate health and work capabilities. Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities. Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Example Tasks:
- Interview claimants to understand health conditions and daily challenges.
- Review medical records and draft comprehensive reports.
- Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
Training Program: Successful candidates will complete a 12‑week comprehensive training program covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines and report writing.
